MID-SENIOR CORPORATE ASSOCIATE | INTERNATIONAL LAW FIRM

I am looking for an ambitious mid to senior level Corporate Associate to join a growing team in an international law firm with excellent career prospects. There is an excellent opportunity here to work very closely with the very highly regarded Partner and also get excellent high-profile client exposure. Any experience in Corporate Finance, Equity Capital Markets and/or Private Equity would be a huge advantage.

The firm is a global US law firm and one of its largest offices is based right here in London. You could be joining a market leading law firm that is known for its stellar clients and also for its slick communication between its international offices all around the world.

You could be joining a Corporate team that are known for being flexible and responsive. They are led by a very highly regarded Partner who is one of the first names to show up on all of the legal directories such as Legal 500 and Chambers. The team also enjoys the luxury of dealing with high profile clients such as leading multinational technology companies and leading television broadcasters

This would be the perfect role for you if you have long-term career prospects. You would be given a huge amount of responsibility and would be trusted to get on with your work. You would get the opportunity to work closely with both Partners and clients.

As the ideal candidate, you must:

• Be a qualified Solicitor having trained at a leading law firm
• Have at least 4PQE with at least 18 months of this in the UK
• Have strong M&A experience
• ECM, Corporate Finance and/or Private Equity experience would be advantageous but not mandatory
