Commercial Property Solicitor, Exeter

Brand new opening for a commercial property solicitor likely at NQ to 3 yrs level and now looking to join a firm in Exeter- not just any firm but a highly regarded multi office commercial law firm. My client has a strong reputation for its property work both in the region and further afield and is now looking to bolster its Exeter practice with an additional hire.

You'll be a commercial property solicitor either at NQ level or perhaps with up to 3 years experience and be looking to undertake a wide variety of top quality work to include local authorities, PLCs both locally and nationally, Regional Development agencies and high net worth entrepreneurs. Much of the department's workload is now emanating from London and you'll relish the opportunity to enjoy a broad range of work including development, sales and purchases, landlord and tenant work and a wide range of corporate support work.

A super role for someone looking for the next step. The role includes the opportunity to help to develop the team and assist more junior fee earners.
