A top UK private practice are seeking a Legal Executive to join their insurance litigation division in their Birmingham City Centre office to focus on professional negligence claims.

Our client is a top UK private practice.
Description
As a Legal Executive in the professional negligence team you will be assisting partners on professional negligence claims against accountants, brokers, construction professionals and law firms.
Profile
The ideal candidate would have strong academics and a background in commercial litigation with a reputable law firm. Ideally you will have experience of professional negligence claims but this is not essential. It is essential however that you have a strong working knowledge of the CPR.
