The Role: Private Client Associate
Location: City of London

Our client, a leading international, full service law firm based in the City of London is proud of its reputation as a market leader across numerous jurisdictions but particularly within private client. Joining a large team of more than 30 lawyers, our client is looking to recruit a Private Client Associate to work on a full range of Private Client trust and tax planning matters on a full time permanent basis.

The client base is made up of high net worth individuals, banks, entrepreneurs and long established family clients, and the work often has a significant international element.

This opportunity will allow the Private Client Associate to thrive in a dedicated team whilst running a full caseload of matters and additional duties which will include:

• Advising on trust and tax planning
• Management of tax driven projects
• Drafting will and trust documentation

Applications for this Private Client Associate will be considered from qualified solicitors who have circa 2-4 years PQE coming from a recognised firm with a strong private client practice. You will have excellent academics, experience of multi-jurisdictional tax and estate planning and either be have an interest in or have completed STEP or COIT qualifications.
