In-House Interim Legal Counsel - FMCG

Our client, a FTSE 100 FMCG company is looking for an interim in-house lawyer for a circa 6 month contract. This company has a wide variety of consumer brands and has revenue over £40 billion.

Role Responsibilities:

• Providing general legal advice on commercial, media, IP, IT matters
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, IT contracts, and advertising, media, facilities contracts
• Working with the Head of Compliance in regards to data protection and privacy issues
• Supporting the 

Candidates of interest will be:

• Qualified lawyers – foreign qualifications welcome, some UK experience preferred
• Coming from another in-house role or from private practice
• Good commercial contracts experience preferably some experience in procurement contracts
• Experience in similar prominent organizations or firms
• 2:1 degree
