Personal Injury Paralegal - Taunton - Somerset - To £20k
Opportunity to join this reputed personal injury firm and advise on a claimant case load.
My client, a reputed law firm based in Somerset, are now seeking an accomplished paralegal, part qualified legal executive or fee earner to join an already very busy team and advise on a live case load from day one.
You will be able to hit the ground running and will have prior experience of running your own fast track personal injury case load. Experience of the MOJ portal process is desired. Your caseload will initially be mainly made up of RTA matters, but may also include EL/PL work. This EL/PL work will likely increase over time. Therefore any exposure to EL/PL matters would be an advantage.
Candidates with at least one year insurance litigation and personal injury experience are encouraged to apply, as are those with limited litigation experience seeking a step up.
Excellent salary and challenging environment with support for more junior fee earners to progress onto higher value matters. Possible funding for legal Executive (Ilex) training for those able to demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm.
