Employment Solicitor - Plymouth - Devon
Are you seeking a new challenge within employment law?
My well established client have an excellent reputation for delivering high quality employment advice to a broad client base.
This opportunity will suit a qualified solicitor or legal executive looking to further your skills in employment law.
You will be advising on contentious and non-contentious employment law (although will not be expected to conduct your own advocacy). This role will involve both respondent and claimant work, in particular supporting a number of schools in the South West region.
Your experience should include advising on any of the following:
- TUPE
- corporate support
- Tribunal work
- drafting employment contracts & handbooks
- gross misconduct
- unfair dismissal
- whilst-blowing matters
Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE are encouraged to apply. However, solicitors who have more or less experience are also encouraged to apply if you have relevant employment law experience.
