This claimant personal injury law firm has a proven reputation for providing first class personal injury legal services. Its large office based in the centre of Liverpool, Merseyside is easily accessible and has free parking onsite. Due to market growth, a permanent Personal Injury solicitor is needed for its motor department.

Your new role
You'll handle a caseload of RTA litigated files whilst mentoring junior members of the team. You will be heavily involved in business development and your strong leadership skills will help define the future success of the team. Your primary responsibility is to work through your caseload and motivate the team around you.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience as a successful RTA Personal Injury Solicitor would be essential for the team's success. You will have a strong track record in high billings as well as building your team profits. Strong academics would also be advantageous.
