This organisation is a fantastic FTSE listed Media business in London. The job is based in the City of London.

Your new role
This job will support the Deputy Company Secretary, the Company Secretary and a Company Secretarial Assistant with a busy run up to the December Year End. There will be support needed with the AGM preparation, project managing the lead up to the event as well as getting ancillary documents drafted. The role will also require an understanding of employee and executive share plans (although the majority of that work is taken care of by the registrars). Experience of Employee Benefits Trusts is beneficial. The job will further support the subsidiary management and governance and PLC governance.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in your application, you will have excellent project management skills and be able to start a 9 - 12 month contract within the next few weeks ideally. You will have experience of helping to project manage and AGM (ideally within a FTSE business) and have experience of employee and executive share plans. Ideally you will have PLC experience but a willingness to learn combined with the aforementioned experience will also be considered.
