The Role
A rare opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Private Client Lawyer to join a specialist team based within the Ringwood area. Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful Lawyer will manage an existing caseload of private client-related matters with may incorporate: will drafting; lasting powers of attorney; probate matters; estate planning; trust management and; Court of Protection. Full time secretarial support will be provided for this position.

Keen to get involved with business development initiatives, the successful Lawyer will generate new business through the building and maintaining of client relationships and the promotion of the department and practices services. The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE gained within Private Client;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be technically competent with the ability to work with minimal supervision;
You will ideally hold a STEP qualification;
You will be IT Literate with particular expertise using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will be a pro-active team player with a flair for business development.
