Experiencing an increasing workload, they are now seeking Senior Private Client Solicitors on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for Senior Private Client Solicitors to join specialist teams based within the Oxford area. Reporting to the Head of department, the successful Solicitor will manage a varied caseload, advising on private client related matters including: the preparation of wills; Court of Protection matters; tax and estate planning for HNW individuals; probate and; Lasting Powers of Attorney. Passionate about business development and marketing, the successful Solicitors will immerse themselves in initiatives including presenting seminars and workshops and writing articles for legal publications. If you specialise within Private Client and are seeking hands-on role, where you can make a positive contribution to the development and growth of the team.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of eight years’ PQE gained within Private Client;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have strong technical skills and a wide range of experience;
You will be commercially minded with meticulous attention to detail;
You will be a pro-active team player with a flair for business development.
