Urgent requirement for Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to undertake an ongoing locum assignment in Berkshire!

The Role
We are now seeking a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer in Reading for a locum assignment, starting immediately. Able to hit the ground running, the successful Lawyer will manage an existing caseload of freehold and leasehold commercial property transactions including: the acquisition of commercial premises; lease renewals; portfolio management and; the termination and disposal of leases. The Candidate
You must be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid Commercial Property experience;
You must be available immediately on an ongoing basis;
You will work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be pro-active, professional and detail orientated
