Shipping Litigation Associate, 2+ PQE
Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire an associate to join their Shipping Litigation team in London.
The role will involve acting on behalf of ship owners, manufacturers, insurers and other interested parties on all aspects of shipping litigation. You will manage complex, cross-border cases on issues including maritime fraud litigation, bunker disputes, competition litigation, sale and purchase disputes and insurance disputes.
The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and experience in the shipping litigation department of a comparable firm. They will have a good working knowledge of the shipping market and a commercial approach to their work.
