Funds Paralegal

I am interested in speaking with paralegals working on an interim basis within Private Practice who are considering a move In-House.

SSQ are receiving requests for high calibre paralegals with working knowledge of NDAs and commercial contracts.

Desired skills and attributes include:

• Evidence of strong academics, including a 2:1 Bachelor Degree;
• Prior experience working on a top tier corporate, finance, and/or funds team within a private practice setting;
• Experience working with NDAs, including the preparation, negotiation and finalisation of these agreements;
• Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing;
• Readiness to undertake new tasks and acquire new skills;
• The ability to work successfully both independently and as a member of a team.
