Our Client is looking for an assured Residential Conveyancer to join its highly-rated team in Manchester City Centre. The ideal candidate will have a good amount of quality Residential Property experience and will ideally have also managed a team of conveyancing assistants/paralegals as well as build up strong relations with local and national clients. Whilst experience of management is preferable, it is not a prerequisite to success in this role.

The successful candidate will also have a commercial, hands on approach and genuine enthusiasm for Residential Property work as well a keen eye for detail and excellent communications skills.
