Description
Based in Yorkshire, this forward thinking and friendly firm are looking to appoint a Care Proceedings Solicitor to join their bustling existing team.
You will come from a strong Family law background with a professional yet personal touch with a minimum of 5 years PQE within care. Applicants must be able to pick up and manage an existing caseload within the Family department.
The ideal candidate will be a member of the Children Panel and will be able to conduct their own advocacy. You must be proactive, able to work unsupervised, and be computer literate although secretarial support will be provided.
