A well known and respected firm in Bournemouth are looking to expand their residential property department and are looking to take on a new fee earner. This is due to an influx in new matters in recent months.

The firm deals with a broad mix of clients, including those that are City based, meaning you will manage a lot of high net worth matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A minimum of 4 years PQE - specialising in residential property.
* A track record of dealing with all aspects of conveyancing, as well as good business development skills.
* The ambition to progress the current caseload, as well as your own personal development / career.
