Funds Lawyer (NQ-1 PQE)

This US law firm is currently looking for a lawyer at the NQ-1 PQE level to join their leading Private Funds team in London to undertake a funds regulatory role.

The department has a strong client base and focuses on providing regulatory and global marketing advice to private fund managers, both nationally and internationally.

The successful candidate will have experience in either establishing funds or regulatory knowledge at a City law firm or have had a seat in recognised fund team during training. You will need excellent academics, be commercially minded and comfortable in negotiations as well as be keen to play an active role in multi-jurisdictional environments. This opportunity provides scope for junior associates to move into a client facing role and be involved in business development initiatives.

You will receive first rate training and development and work closely with the partners who operate an open door policy at all levels. Opportunities for international secondments are encouraged and supported by this particular practice.
