PSL - FUNDS - 3 DAYS A WEEK

This leading law firm is seeking a professional support lawyer (PSL) to join them to cover a period of maternity.

The PSL will support the transactional practice who are famed for their funds work and the role would be for 3 days a week.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing up to date know how materials such as practice notes and precedents
• Dealing with information requests from the team with regards to complex legal matters
• Assist with specific practice projects as and when needed
• Help with the design and delivery of training for the london office across practices
• Providing key assistance where necessary on compliance matters
• Assisting with external marketing materials and pitches

Candidate specification:

• Our client is ideally looking for a lawyer with 4 years plus PQE however candidates outside this remit will be considered if they demonstrate the necessary competencies.
• Your experience will have been gained at a top tier city law firm with a reputable transactional practice, ideally within funds.
• PSL experience would be preferred
• You must have the ability to liaise with people of all levels
• You must have effective written and spoken communication skills.
