Residential Conveyancer

My client is an established general practice law firm in the South West and have an urgent requirement for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team. My client is know for the friendly atmosphere within their team and the promotion of a work life balance.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of residential conveyancing experience with the capability to undertake all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, transfer of equity, buy to let, first buy, new builds and remortgages.

This is a key appointment to the firm and as such you will be actively involved in Business Development and the supervision of junior team members.

Applications will be considered from candidates at both Licensed Conveyancer and Legal Executive level, provided you have 12 months experience at an established firm.
