Industrial Disease Fee Earner

My client is a leading international law firm that is tier 1 ranked in 30 different practice areas. The client is looking to add a Paralegal to their Cardiff office to work within their highly successful Claims Solutions team.

The Claims Solutions team advises insurers and corporate clients in their defence of claims of all values, types and complexity. The role is for a Paralegal or Legal Executive working within the defendant injury claims team. You will be working in a team of 20+ fee earners who also work on defendant claims. Your case load will be primarily litigated Employer Liability and Public Liability cases on behalf of key insurer clients.

The ideal person will be a Paralegal/Legal Executive with a keen interest and proven ability in employers liability and public liability injury claims. The preferred candidate should have at least 1 years experience in handling claimant work.
