US Capital Markets Lawyer for the Sydney office

Seeking a lawyer to be based in Sydney for a US firm - handling US transactions, would you have experience with the following:

- Regulation S
- 144 A component
- MTN
- Drafting & reviewing offer documents
- A range of DCM transactions, representing both lead managers / dealers and issuers on a wide range of MTN debt programme establishments
- Various LMA and LSTA dealings
- Distressed Debt & Loan Closing

Required: US JD, experience from Hong Kong's US firm is accepted if you have been working on the above range.
3-4 PQE, relocation package is offered for the right candidate.
