This role is for a clinical negligence lawyer at NQ level or with 1+ year's pqe. You will handle an interesting and high quality caseload of defendant healthcare litigation matters. Working within a well resourced team there is plenty of opportunity for career progression and career development.
What you'll need to succeed
You should ideally have gained a grounding in clinical negligence and be looking to take your career forward in a firm that has an enviable track record in this area. Applications are invited from those with claimant as well as defendant experience. If you have gained good litigation experience and are committed to a career in clinical negligence, then the firm may be open to considering retraining you. Part-time applications will also be considered.
