Our pan-offshore client is seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join their Corporate and Funds team in Jersey. The Corporate team focuses principally on corporate and international finance law with an emphasis on capital markets, structured finance, asset finance, hedge funds, private equity, trusts and dispute resolution.
The right Corporate lawyer will have excellent academics, experience of international corporate and commercial transactions, knowledge of debt and equity capital markets and structured products and expertise in acting for underwriters and issuers, advising sovereigns, banks and corporates.
