Due to continuing growth, our client are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis at their offices just outside of Manchester City Centre.

Working with predominantly owner-managed small, medium and large enterprises, this position will require the Commercial Property Solicitor to work alongside the Partner on a wide range of Commercial Property matters including, but not limited to:

• Dealing will aspects of buying, selling and letting of commercial premises
• Landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals

The ideal candidate for this Commercial Property Solicitor role will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent who has around 2-6 years' PQE*, with considerable Commercial Property experience.
