Junior Solicitor - CCA/FS Regs

The company:

Pure Search is working with one of London's fastest growing financial services business seeking a junior solicitor with a Consumer Credit and financial services regulatory background.

The role:

• Provide general legal, regulatory and compliance advice on new products, structuring of new initiatives, marketing materials and strategy
• Drafting and reviewing a wide spectrum of material including loan documentation, customer literature as well as internal/external presentations
• Working with business areas on key regulatory and compliance issues

About you:

Candidates are expected to be qualified lawyers (NQ to 4 years) with a background in financial services regulatory work as well as experience of the Consumer Credit Act.
