Part-Time Private Client Fee Earner

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a law firm in Sheffield who are seeking to appoint a Solicitor / Legal Executive to join their Private Client Department on a permanent part-time basis. They are seeking applicants to have at least ideally 3+ year's fee earning experience. The firm have good transport links and are also able to offer employees free car parking.

The successful candidate will handle a range of work which includes the preparation of Wills, the preparation and registration of Powers of Attorney, Lasting Powers of Attorney and also Complex Wills, Deputyship, inheritance tax and trusts.

The client are ideally seeking someone who has considerable experience in Private Client work and must be able to demonstrate they have good technical ability.
