I am currently recruiting an experienced solicitor to handle defendant personal injury motor claims.

This is a great opportunity to work on a high quality caseload for a variety of clients on defendant personal injury work.

The team advises on a broad range of liability claims acting for insurers, claims handlers and self-insuring corporations dealing with claims from small claims track up to high value claims. 

The types of clients they work with are: Insurers, Claims handling companies, Supply chains Fleets, Supply chains & Self-insured companies and the types of cases will be Motor Liability - Defendant

Experience
Essential:

• NQ-5 years’ experience of defendant personal injury motor – the firm will potentially look at a strong claimant background
• Instructing experts and taking witness statements.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the personal injury pre action protocol. Defendant motor litigation and recovery work
