Private Client Solicitor 2+PQE

An exciting position for a Private Client Lawyer with at least 2 years fee earning experience. The position offers scope to rapidly progress with the firm.

The role
The role encompasses the full range of Private Client matters, with a specific focus on high net-worth individuals. The role has arisen due to exceedingly increasing workloads so there is no expectation for you to bring a client following or indeed build up a workload from scratch. 

The candidate
You should be experienced in all aspects of Private Client Law, including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Deputyship, Trusts and Estate Administration.

STEP or SFE membership is preferred but not essential, although you should be willing to work towards obtaining the same. Tax focused qualifications, such as CTA, is a distinct advantage.

As well as your technical abilities you will also need to be good at building relationships and be comfortable with business development.
