Banking Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

We have recently been instructed on a search for one of the world's leading Banking practices.

This is the perfect opportunity to work on a multitude of banking matters including syndicated lending, sovereign debt rescheduling, structured finance, real estate finance, project finance, leveraged finance and acquisition finance. The successful candidate will also have the option, as they become more senior, to specialise in a particular sector of the practice.

Excellent academics are a requirement for this role. The successful applicant will also have trained within a top City or regional law firm and gained a minimum of one year's banking and finance post qualification experience.

The successful candidate will be working on ground breaking deals for high-end clients with the opportunity to have hands-on client contact from the early stages of their career. There is also the option for secondment, whether to one of the firm's overseas offices or to a London based client.
