Residential Property Solicitor - Our clients, an award winning, multi office firm now need an experienced residential property solicitor, c.5PQE+ to manage a busy residential property desk at their West Sussex office. They are interested in seeing the CV’s of candidates with a solid grounding in residential property and who can become a key figure managing the team, assisting with marketing and development of the department. You will be expected to hit the ground running handling a busy HNW caseload of:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New-build transactions
- Shared Ownership Schemes
You will have a comprehensive knowledge of the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol, with experience of working within the CQS framework.
