Family Lawyer required for new office opening in the City of London
The Firm
An established and trusted family law department are searching for a proactive, energetic and experienced Family Lawyer. The firm is well regarded and has Lexcel accreditations for their quality of service. Due to their continued success, the firm is expanding and are opening a new office in the City of London.
The Role
The position is for a full time Family Lawyer. The role will be for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to specialise in private work. The Family Lawyer position will involve a range of matrimonial matters including financial remedy, adoption, divorce, domestic violence tolata claims, partnership agreements, postnuptial and prenuptial agreements. The position will call for the Family Lawyer to have a hands on role with business development and marketing and will be proactive in the progression of the department.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You must have at least 3+ years PQE.
You must be conversant with the use of case management systems.
You will have solid experience in private family law.
You will be able to conduct some advocacy.
