Children Law Lawyer required for new office opening in the City of London
The Firm
A fantastic opportunity to join an established and trusted family law department has arisen for a talented Children Law Lawyer. The firm is well regarded and has Lexcel accreditations for their quality of service. Due to their continued success, the firm are expanding and are opening a new office in the City of London.
The Role
The position is for full time Children Law Lawyer. The role will be for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to specialise in private work, including child arrangements, schedule 2 applications, wardship, guardianship, protection, domestic violence and mediation. The position will call for the Children Law Lawyer to have a hands on role with business development and marketing and will be proactive in the progression of the department.
The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive.
You must have at least 3+ years PQE.
You must be conversant with the use of case management systems.
You will have solid experience in private children law.
You will be able to conduct some advocacy.
