Lawyer - Litigation Consumer Credit

Are you a lawyer with litigation experience in Consumer Contracts ? If so, our client law firm are looking for your skills. This role is to work in their Bristol office as part of the civil litigation team.

You need to be a qualified Solicitor or FCILEx or very experienced paralegal with a client focused approach. This role involves you running a caseload of a wide variety of civil litigation contract disputes including:

• Fast and Multi track cases
• Consumer contracts (plumbers etc)
• Design flaws
• Computer
• defective cars
• building works

You must have handled your own litigation caseload ideally with insurance funded clients andhave good legal knowledge. You will be IT literate and able to use case management systems.
