Our client is seeking to recruit an RTA paralegal, legal executive or solicitor to join their growing team. You will handle cases that have been sent by an insurance company for recovery of their policyholder’s losses and injury arising from road traffic accidents.
The role will involve you running your own caseload of claims, processing and assessing new instructions along with preparing court documents and dealing with all aspects of the litigation process MOJ or NON MOJ.
You must have experience of working in a similar role and you must have excellent communication skills. You must be able to work in a fast paced and busy environment and as part of a team.
