An in-house Law Costs Draftsman/ Costs Negotiator is sought by my client, a well-known Solicitors Practice with modern offices in Liverpool. They are an innovative firm which specialise in Personal Injury cases.
The right candidate should have a minimum of 12 months experience dealing with MOJ portal Costs in personal injury cases and should be able to draft schedules and conduct negotiations with the third party. You must be driven, organised and have a confident telephone manner.
In return for your experience my client offers a salary up to £18,000 dependent on experience and an excellent remuneration package which includes 25 days paid annual leave, discounts, access to private healthcare as well as a pension scheme.
