A Senior Laywer is sought by this leading law firm in their dispute resolution team to handle commercial litigation work at their Bristol office.
In this role you will manage a caseload of varied, complex, often high value cases. You will also proactively manage and supervise your own team. You will need experience of:
- Commercial Intellectual property
- Construction
- Recoveries
- Regulatory
- Solicitors Act claims
- Professional Negligence
- Insurance Coverage
- Contract Disputes
- Insolvency
- Employment (non Tribunal)
- Financial Services cases
You will have experience of a wide range of civil and commercial litigation work sources and good mix of acting for defendants and claimants. You will have experience of dealing with costs from pre-costs through to detailed assessment.
The work is challenging yet rewarding and you will receive mutual support and cooperation and will report to the Partner in charge of the DR group.
