An opportunity has arisen at a national law firm for a restructuring and insolvency solicitor to join their team at associate level.
Our client is a top 100 law firm and our team are nationally recognised for the advice they provide to company directors and businesses operating with financial difficulties.
You will join the team as an associate where you will be exposed to a broad range of work across the full spectrum of insolvency and restructuring, including property issues with particular emphasis on supporting insolvency practitioners, banks and asset based lenders.
You will also undertake some insolvency litigation work, working on behalf of insolvency practitioners and creditors in recovering funds.
