Commercial Litigation Solicitor / Head of Department - Manchester
Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years PQE looking to join a traditional leading national practice based in Manchester city centre?
Your role will be to undertake work providing quality legal advice to the firm’s clients who are financial institutions, businesses and other private clients. You will typically handle dispute resolution and commercial litigation matters including debt collection/recovery, mortgage repossessions, property litigation, banking litigation, unsecured and secured defended matters.
To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE and have strong general civil/commercial litigation. Ideally you will have previous supervisory experience. You will be able to draft legal documentation and give legal presentations and briefings.
