Property Solicitor - This well established, highly regarded practice with over 300 staff across their 4 offices are now looking to add a further member to property their team at their South West London offices. They are interested in candidates with at least 5+ years PQE and a solid grounding in handle a range of property transactions.
You will be managing a busy caseload of HNW residential and commercial property transactions; therefore very strong technical knowledge in both fields is a must. He/she will need to be a self-starter and capable of managing their own caseload effectively whilst developing their own network of clients and referrers. Regular communication and the ability to work with the team is imperative as is the skillset to promote and assist with the business development of the firm.
