This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced commercial property Solicitor (2-5 PQE) with experience advising developers and/or landowners in relation to option and promotion agreements as well as the sale of land for development. This is a perfect opportunity to join a forward thinking and thriving team who billed fees of £7.8m in the last financial year, demonstrating their strength.

• Technical expertise in advising developers/landowners
• Experience of unregistered land desirable
• Understanding and practical application of the ancillary matters that arise in dealing with developers and landowners
• Understanding and application of post acquisition requirements
• Ability to convert technical legal information into commercial advice

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a salary commensurate with experience (£41,000-49,000) as well as an attractive benefits package.
