The Role
Additional Senior Conveyancing Lawyers are now sought within a CQS accredited department in the Reigate area. Managing a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instructions to post completion, the successful Lawyers will ensure high levels of client care and service in areas including: sales and purchases; remortgages; shared ownership; purchasing property for investment and; transfers of equity. It is envisaged that this role will involve some element of staff supervision or management, therefore previous management or supervisory experience is essential.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE;
You will be technically competent with solid residential conveyancing experience;
You must have previous management or supervisory experience;
You will have excellent communication and client care skills;
You will be able to organise your workload to meet tight deadlines;
You will have a flair for business development.
