Senior Associate
Seeking an experience Senior Associate with diverse Corporate experience to join the team in Shanghai. You must be 5-8 PQE with relevant experience.
Strong legal knowledge - extensive knowledge of a broad range of specialty areas; Looking for excellent analytical and communication skills, someone capable to develop strategies for complex matters and advise constructively, present arguments and ideas in an articulate and influential manner in both written and oral communication.
You will expected to supervise & develop juniors therefore will be a focus on team and leadership. Effective project management - to actively manage client projects in a timely and efficient manner to ensure profitability, quality and strong client relationship.
Legal qualification - qualified in US, UK or HK
Language skills - Fluent English and Mandarin
