Dynamic Litigation Lawyer with fluency in Arabic required to start immediately with a leading practice offering top quality work and travel options in Dubai.
A highly regarded commercial practice with offices in strategic locations, our client is staffed by expert lawyers with a range of international expertise. Offering innovative, practical solutions and working in a collaborative manner, they provide tailored advice in order to meet client’s needs. Currently undergoing a period of expansion, they are now seeking an additional Lawyer for their Litigation team in Dubai.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and talented Litigation Lawyer to join our clients’ thriving practice in Dubai. Becoming part of a growing team, the successful Lawyer will be bilingual (English and Arabic) and manage a varied and demanding caseload of disputes, many with an international aspect, for individuals and businesses. The caseload may include: breach of contract; construction and property issues; employment litigation; IP and IT; Negligence; Debt recovery; Fraud; Directors and shareholders disputes and; industrial matters. Additional involvement in business development activities is an essential part of the role.

The Candidate
You must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 – 6 years’ PQE gained within a well-regarded Litigation department.
You must have excellent technical skills with expertise encompassing civil, commercial and real estate disputes.
You must be fluent in Arabic.
You will be a confident advocate with additional experience in the application of ADR methods.
You will have excellent academics with at least a 2:1 at degree level (or equivalent)
You will be a team player with first class interpersonal skills across all levels.
