Private Client Solicitor

Our client are a local firm with a national reputation, with a focus on client-care this firm are thriving in success, reflected in being LEXCEL accredited. With this is mind, the need has arisen to recruit a Private Client Solicitor to joint their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Private Client role entails the Private Client Solicitor to take on a full Private Client caseload of non-contentious Private Client matters, including wills, trusts and a particular focus on probate, lasting powers of attorney and deputyships. The ideal candidate for this Private Client Solicitor role will be a qualified Private Client Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent with at least 1 years' PQE* who has dealt with all aspects of Private Client matters, experience in STEP would be encouraged, but not essential.

Our client would be keen to hear from those candidates with ambitious aspirations, a professional demeanour and a good technical competence in managing your own Private Client case load.
