Conveyancing Executive Fee Earner

Our client law firm are expanding and looking for Conveyancers in their residential property teams in both Southampton and Portsmouth. The firm are highly commended in the CQS Award for Excellent in their conveyancing practice.

They are looking for someone with experience of handling a substantial caseload of conveyancing. The team which are split over 4 offices have knowledge and expertise in buying and selling freehold or leasehold property including:

• buying from a developer at auction
• lease extensions
• re-mortgaging
• transfers of ownership

They act for private individuals, entrepreneurs, SMEs and corporate organisations.
