Residential Conveyancing Head of Department

An experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer is required to head the Residential Conveyancing department of a firm who have just acquired new premises in Manchester City Centre. Salary is competitive depending on experience plus bonus.

My client is a successful and well established multi service firm with an excellent reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a small caseload whilst overseeing, managing and driving forward the Conveyancing department. You will play a key role within the firm and be involved in strategy planning and management meetings

The role will involve a mix of fee earning and supervisory duties and you will be involved in quality control and pushing to obtain membership of more lender panels. The firm has worked hard to obtain CQS accreditation, has membership of some panels and an excellent referral network and so this is an excellent time to join the firm.
