My client is looking for an established, highly qualified Corporate Associate to join their team in the Riyadh office. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading global law firms in a role which has an outstanding salary and benefit package.

This firm has built an outstanding reputation for providing outstanding legal services for their clients, with over 15 offices worldwide they consider their people as their strongest asset and are now looking for a Corporate Associate to join their already successful team. You will be involved in carrying out duties related to Corporate Transactions - Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Structuring and Regulatory Advice, Capital Markets/IPOs, Family Business Structures, and Corporate Governance.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the relevant field and must have an excellent understanding of the duties highlighted above. You MUST be fully fluent in both English and Arabic as most of the transactions are done in Arabic within their Riyadh office.
