Legal Counsel - Commercial

We are currently working with a global communications company, based in Central London, in their search for a Legal Counsel on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

Working in a close-knit legal team, you will build strong relationships with all key stakeholders across the UK business and deal with a broad range of commercial legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts with their clients, key suppliers, website & general IP arrangements.
• Dealing with a number of data protection, trademark and copyright matters.
• Working closely with the General Counsel & external counsel in implementing a legal training programme for all UK employees.

Ideal Candidate:

• Upwards of 2 years PQE – UK qualified or of a similar jurisdiction
• Broad general commercial experience relating to commercial contracts, IP & data protection
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Have an active interest in Media/PR/Consumer & Lifestyle
