LAW Absolute is currently recruiting to a Principal Planning Lawyer role on an exclusive basis. Our client is a Local Authority based in the Home Counties.
As the Principal Lawyer within the team, the successful candidate will carry a full and mixed caseload of both complex and day-to-day Planning matters including, but not limited to:
- S106 Agreements
- Negotiating Agreements
- CPO Matters
- Providing specialist advice on Planning and Highways legislation
- Representing the Authority at Committee
In addition to holding this caseload, there will be day-to-day management responsibilities for a small team including supervision of work for junior members of staff.
